I have never been more fit, healthier and happier since starting CrossFit, and my goal is to get you on that same path too!

I started CrossFit 3 years ago as a hobby. It didn’t take long to realize that this was more then just about fitness. It’s about the relationship that encompasses crossfit. We have so much belief in changing other people’s lives through this sport.

One of my passions is to educate, entertain, and inspire every athlete that walks through our doors.

I have been involved in sports for 26 years including Tae Kwon Do competitively, Karate and Basketball as a player/coach! I started Crossfit 2 years ago and after being a member of several boxes discovered Driving Force. Crossfit is so much more than just exercising, you will be fitter, healthier, happier it’s a LIFESTYLE and you will be part of a community that will support and encourage you every day!

I started CrossFit in 2013. Since then I have grown as a coach, athlete, and healthcare provider within a wonderful community of people from all over the globe.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I am a huge proponent of movement. The beauty of CrossFit is that no matter your shape, size, or current ability levels- the workout can be scaled to you so no matter who you are you can do CrossFit and by doing so improve so many aspects of your overall health and wellness.
My passions are blending my knowledge of the human body into CrossFit training, teaching, and always learning to better myself and others.

Sandy Bazan

Hi, just call me Bazan… everyone does! My fitness background includes that of a personal trainer, certified SPIN instructor for over 7 years and Level 1 Certified CrossFit Coach.  I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 13 years. In 2012, I accidentally CrossFit, and with it my passion and love for all that the CrossFit community has to offer.  As a single mother of three boys, I BELIEVE in the empowerment that all athletes achieve from conquering one “impossibility” at a time and the impact these small successes play in our everyday lives, both inside and out of the box I call home.
