Warm-up (No Measure)

930am rowing seminar

A. Row an easy to mid pace 200m

We will be looking for any faults to go over on each athlete.

B. learn and go over computer dashboard.

Here we will learn about pacing, strokes per min, power output, and the power curve display.

C. Row 200m individually going over right stroke technique.

Here we will teach the proper technique of body position while rowing.

We will focus on mechanics, and consistency, doing the proper technique for a long period of time


our goal after this is for everyone in the class to PR there times.
