21 Deadlifts (135/95)

15 Burpees

9 Push Press (135/95)

Rx+ 155/105
Rowing- Drive with legs then arms

Deadlifts- Starting at the floor, the barbell is lifted

until hips and knees reach full extension

with the shoulders behind the bar. The

arms must be straight throughout

Burpees- Chest and thighs flat on the floor. Get up small jump and clap hands over head

Push Press- Each rep begins

with the barbell

on the shoulders

and finishes

with the weight

fully locked out

overhead. No re dipping of knees or hips.
